How we use it

To send you the resources you asked for, reply to your enquiry, confirm workshop registrations and, where you have agreed, share occasional updates about Disha 90. We do not sell your information.

WhatsApp and email

If you give your WhatsApp number you agree to receive messages about your request. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or emailing us.

Sensitive information

Please do not share medical or mental-health details through our forms. Coaching is not therapy and does not replace medical or mental-health care.

Testimonials and stories

We publish participant stories only with written consent. Anyone can ask for a story to be anonymised or removed.
