You don’t needmore motivation. You need a planyou can trust.

Sometimes the problem isn’t a lack of ambition

It’s this:

  • Too many choices.
  • Too much noise.
  • Too much self-doubt.
  • No decision framework.
  • No support.
  • No consistent action.

None of it says you aren’t capable. It says you’re missing a way through.

07Introducing

DishaDirection.

A 90-day guided journey from guessing to a plan you trust.

Explore Disha 90

08The Disha 90 method

Three phases. Ninety days. One direction.

01 · Days 1–30

Steady

  • Calm the mind.
  • Understand where you are.
  • Soften the inner critic.

Before any plan, a steadier footing. You map where life actually stands, build a daily calm practice, and learn to talk to yourself the way you would talk to a friend.

02 · Days 31–60

Design

  • Clarify values.
  • Create your vision.
  • Build a decision system.

Now the structure. You name what matters, draw a ninety-day vision, and borrow a decision framework from the corporate world so choices stop feeling like guesses.

03 · Days 61–90

Move

  • Face fear.
  • Take meaningful action.
  • Build habits that last.

Small action sprints, a circle of support and a plan for the next ninety days. Confidence is built by doing, so this phase is mostly doing.

09Week by week

The 12-weekjourney.

Tap a week to open it.

  1. Life-area audit

A calm, honest look at work, money, health, relationships, joy and time. No judgement, just a starting point.

  2. Meditation + breathing

A ten-minute daily practice that makes room to think. Short, gentle, and built to survive a busy week.

  3. NLP reframing

Notice the harsh inner script and practise replacing it with a sentence you actually believe.

  4. Evidence log

Start a running record of what you have done well. Self-trust grows from evidence, not affirmations.

  5. Values work

Name what matters most, then decide where the lines need to be drawn.

  6. Future pacing

Picture the next ninety days in detail, then work back to what has to happen first.

  7. Decision framework

A simple framework from corporate planning, rebuilt for real life: options, criteria, reversibility, a date.

  8. Fear-setting

Write the fear down, size it, and plan for it. It usually gets smaller on paper.

  9. Weekly planning

One week, three actions, one review. Momentum made small enough to start.

  10. Support mapping

Map who supports you, who needs a boundary, and who is missing. Then reach out to one person.

  11. Voice, posture and story

Practise saying your story and your ask out loud, with a steady voice and an open posture.

  12. Next 90-day plan

Review the journey, keep what worked and write the plan for your next ninety days.

10Inside the programme

How Dishaworks.

Five parts that fit together, so your week has a rhythm and your progress has a witness.

  1. 01

    Weekly live session

    60–75 minutes

One focused group session each week: a framework, a practice, and time to work on your own situation.

  2. 02

    Daily WhatsApp check-in

    A few minutes a day

A short prompt and a reply. It keeps the thread of the week in your hand, one small step at a time.

  3. 03

    Workbook

    Yours to keep

Worksheets for every week: audit, values, decisions, fear-setting, sprints. Written for people with busy lives.

  4. 04

    Buddy circle

    A small group

A small circle of women at the same stage. Someone to compare notes with and to be accountable to.

  5. 05

    Monthly review

    End of each phase

A review at the end of each thirty days. What changed, what held, what to adjust for the next phase.

11Over ninety days

What you may begin to notice

  1. 01

    More clarity

You may begin to notice that your next step feels easier to name.

  2. 02

    More self-trust

Many participants may experience a quieter voice of doubt, and a louder record of wins.

  3. 03

    More confidence

You may begin to notice that you speak up a little sooner.

  4. 04

    More calm

You may find a steadier start to the day and a slower pulse in the busy hours.

  5. 05

    More action

Small weekly sprints may help decisions turn into things done.

  6. 06

    More support

You may notice you no longer carry every decision alone.

Experiences vary. Nothing here is a promise of a specific result, and coaching does not replace medical or mental-health care.

Disha helps you take stock, rebuild your confidence with evidence and plan a restart in small, doable steps.

13An honest note

Who Disha isnot for.

Disha isn’t about:
