Fear-setting on one page

Write the fear down, size it, and plan for it. It usually gets smaller on paper.

Take a page and make three columns: what could go wrong, how I could reduce the chance, and how I would recover.

Fear often lives in the vague. Naming it makes it workable.

Then take the smallest action that would teach you something. Courage tends to follow movement.
